Our family was in shock. We called a few water removal companies without call backs except one and that was Complete Water Removal and Restoration. They came out within the hour and as soon as we talked with them our fear turned into ease. We knew with their knowledge and felt the care they had for our family. This was a decision we are so grateful we made. They kept us completely up to date on every thing they were doing and made sure we were on board. They worked directly with our insurance company and made that a process we did not have to handle ourselves. The end result was our home was beautifully re-done.
